How can AI improve the customer experience?

Because Deutsche Telekom works with millions of customers on a daily basis, many of the day to day processes are repetitive. We think AI is the key to automating these processes to improve our customers’ experience.

If you are fascinated with Artificial Intelligence and eager to work with interesting people and influencers, then Deutsche Telekom’s first AI Hackathon is your opportunity to experience all of the above. The AI Hackathon will take place from January 29th – 30th and will be part of the AI Industry Day on the 30th of January.

NVIDIA is proud to sponsor Challenge 1 of the Deutsche Telekom hackathon, where participants will need to create a new language model for a difficult language. The winners of this challenge will be able to choose between a TitanXp GPU or four passes to NVIDIA’s GTC Europe 2018 as their prize.


Throughout the hackathon, participants will be able to work with the latest NVIDIA technology – the DGX systems. Our experts will also be on hand to support the competitors with any technical questions.
